Monday Minutes: New Logs are Added
In this Monday Minutes, Jessie and Kelly talk about the added logging ability within the News, Notices, and Acquisitions Module. By default, these logs will not be turned on, a library would need to activate these logs within the System Preferences.
Acquisition Logging
The system preference to turn on logging for the Acquisitions module is called, AcquisitionLog once this has been turned on, the library will be able to see:
Basket Creation: including who created the basket, when the basket was created, basket name and number, and the vendor the basket is associated with.
Basket Editing: including basket number, basket name, who edited the basket, and when.
Basket Closure: including basket name, basket number, who closed the basket, closed date, and the vendor.
Basket Reopening: including basket name, basket number, who reopened the basket, when this occurred, and the vendor.
The logging will also so EDI order information as well.
